General Counsel
As the General Counsel of Intelligent Beauty, Matt is responsible for all of the company’s legal matters, including the review and substantiation of product marketing materials, maintaining regulatory compliance (FTC, FDA, NAD, ERSP), negotiating and drafting all contracts and legal documents, and managing day-to-day legal affairs. 

Prior to joining Intelligent Beauty, Matt served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Intermix Media, Inc., and Gluecode, Inc., and was a corporate associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Matt graduated from U.C. San Diego and the University of Michigan Law School, and is an active member of the California Bar.
